We are looking for self-motivated and flexible employees with a personable, professional and enthusiastic voice. We require each employee to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. The calling is done Monday through Friday.
We typically attract stay at home moms and dads, professionals and others who enjoy talking to people and are knowledgeable about their computer and its software. If this sounds like you, then you can join a select group who has a passion for speaking on the phone and working from the comfort of their own home.
It also means you are much different than the traditional telemarketer. Our focus is on building a customer relationship, not fast paced, high-pressure sales.
Our employees will make calls that are scripted to assist our clients with their ultimate needs. These calls are typically customer service based. You can expect to make simple and short-lived calls. Examples would be qualifying leads, confirming customer satisfaction, reminders and requesting information for short surveys.
Beginning pay depends on your campaign and any bonuses incurred. It ranges from $8 to $10 per hour plus bonuses. You are paid for “on hook” calling time only. Tasks such as reading your daily email and entering billable hours would be the same as driving to and from work at a job outside of the home.
Our company is based in Colorado, which is a no-pay training state, however, we believe that training is critical and essential so all employees will be paid for training.
