We are continually seeking administrative assistants who would like to work virtually as virtual assistants and are able to work with a wide variety of clients. Our clients may be coaches, speakers, retailers, online retailers, solo-preneurs, eBay retailers, trainers, consultants, medical professionals, business consultants, non-profit organizations, big businesses, insurance-related, real estate-related, and anything in between.
We are accepting applications for general administrative virtual assistants to service future clients. We pre-interview our virtual assistants so that we can quickly supply new clients with qualified help.
Pay: $10-$12 per hour
Prerequisites:
* You must enjoy helping others and take pride in doing so
* You must be willing to answer client phones during regular office hours such as Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
* You must be willing to make cold calls. We define cold calls as: appointment setting, lead qualification, surveys, and sales calls to businesses. Currently we have a waiting list of clients who need virtual assistants willing to make these types of calls.
* You must be willing to perform all administrative duties as requested by the client
* You must be willing to step out of your comfort zone and learn new things to help the client build their business
* You must be willing to take advantage of some of the free training courses we offer. These courses were designed to provide our virtual assistants with greater knowledge of our clients businesses and qualify them for higher paying positions.
