We are a 24-hr digital transcription company based in London. We were founded in 2003 by a team of transcription and IT professionals determined to usher transcription into the digital era. We are considered home for experienced audio typists who want to be part of a young, fast-growing, professional organization.
We operate mainly (but not exclusively) in the financial, communications and legal fields.
Our typists are scattered around the globe, allowing us to provide a 24/7 service.
All of our documents are produced in English, but regional knowledge and familiarity with various accents are definite advantages.
By the very nature of our business, we cannot guarantee a minimum amount of work that would be offered to you in any given period. That said, those home typists who have shown themselves to consistently deliver high-quality work to deadline are generally offered more work than they are in a position to accept.
In short, by demonstrating dependability and quality, our home typists steadily work their way up toward the top of the work allocation roster.
If you already have a PC and internet connection, as well as email and word processing software, the only other thing you would require is a digital transcription kit. This is described in the section ‘Setting Yourself Up’ on our website below.
