Call Center – Live Agents, IVR – Interactive Voice Recognition, Website Design and Development, Registration and Events, Database Management and Hosting, and Product Fulfillment and Warehousing.

We are always seeking Oklahoma residents to work from home taking inbound calls.

Requirements: Land-Based phone line(without call-waiting), PC with Windows 7, internet browser experience, high-speed cable or DSL internet service, quiet and business-like work environment, polite and friendly attitude, dedicated work ethic and excellent customer service skills.

Phone operators take product orders from incoming calls for multiple clients, provide customer service, and capture call record details. Basically, phone agents must love to type and talk on phones following clients’ scripts.

Please note that there are no fees associated with the application process. If an applicant is extended an offer to enter into a “Contractor Agreement,” the AHC shall make himself or herself available for two weeks of Certification: one week in a classroom setting (unpaid) and one week on the telephones (payable at the established per-minute rate for calls taken during the second week).
