You agree that PajamaJobs.com will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Services.

When you become a Member of PajamaJobs.com the charge is $1.00 for 7 days access to the website. This allows you to try our Services essentially risk-free. You agree and understand that after your 7 day trial ends, unless you cancel, you will enter into a month-to-month Membership costing $14.95 per month, which will be billed conveniently every 30 days to your PayPal account. If you do not wish to remain a Member and incur these charges you understand that you may cancel at any time with no further obligation. You agree that you will log into your PayPal account to cancel your subscription, or contact us using our contact form to request cancellation if you do NOT wish to continue your Membership after 7 days at the normal rate of $14.95 per month. SERVICE LIMITATIONS: We work hard to make your experience enjoyable. However, we cannot always anticipate technical or other operational difficulties which may result in service interruptions. For this reason, you agree that the Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. Neither PajamaJobs.com nor our third-party service providers guarantee, or assume responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, or mis-delivery of the Services. If there is ever a substantial period of downtime where the website is inaccessible we will gladly make the situation right by offering credits, or partial refunds any Members who were affected.

REFUNDS: We take pride in what we do and want you to be 100% satisfied with the Services we provide. We offer a 7 day trial for only $1.00 so you can try the service essentially risk-free with no obligation. As we are offering non-tangible digital goods, we do not generally issue refunds after the purchase has been made. We will be happy to consider a refund within the first 30 days under certain circumstances if you truly have a unique situation. The maximum refund amount is $14.95, which is equal to 30 days of service.
