Inside Sales Manager:
Our Inside Sales Managers are responsible for contacting potential clients, through their approach and qualification, and setting appointments for our Regional Sales Managers. Applicants must have experience communicating with business owners, Presidents, and CEOs. Preference is given to self-motivated, results-oriented individuals that can work independently without supervision. We provide excellent compensation based on performance. No relocation required.

Regional Sales Manager:
Our Regional Sales Managers are responsible for the sale of Foundation Assessments through their approach, proposal, and closure. Qualified applicants must have proven success interfacing with business owners, Presidents, and CEOs. Preference is given to astute, self motivated individuals that have a positive attitude to help people at all times. Applicants must be able to work independently with both set appointments and cold calls. We provide excellent compensation based on performance. No relocation required.

Foundation Assessment Associate:
Our Foundation Assessment Associates perform the extensive diagnostics of a Foundation Assessment. Applicants must be comfortable interacting with business owners and their key employees, engaging in extensive communications, fact-finding, and informational processing. Applicants must also be comfortable performing detailed financial analysis. A minimum bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, management, or a related field is required, along with senior management experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and be able to travel extensively across the U.S. and Canada. No relocation required.

Business Support Associate:
Our Business Support Associates are responsible for the design and implementation of our extensive Business Support Services. Applicants must be experienced in all aspects of business operations, have at least ten years experience in upper management, and a minimum bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, management, or equivalent. Applicants must also have proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Sunday Evening through Friday evening travel is required. No relocation required.
